（中央社記者唐佩君台北26日電）行政院今天澄清媒體報導表示，復興航空無預警停飛並解散公司，政府沒有要求扣押興航董監事財產。
行政院上午發布新聞稿表示，針對今天中國時報社論及風傳媒指稱政府要求查封興航董監事財產，決策亂了套報導，行政院發言人徐國勇嚴正澄清表示，「董監事財產」在法律上與公司是不同人格，要扣押董監財產，只有投資人依民訴法向法院聲請假扣押。
